About Plaza of the Americas

Plaza of the Americas occupies a prime site at the corner of Pearl and San Jacinto Streets adjacent to the DART Pearl Street Station in the Dallas Arts District. The complex contains 1,090,426 RSF with 132,157 SF of retail including two, 25-story office towers connected by a 13-story glass atrium and adjacent to the 416-room Marriott City Center Hotel. The property is owned by M-M Properties and Clarion Partners. Recent enhancements have given Plaza of the Americas the polish and renewed vitality of a premier downtown destination.

Originally constructed in 1980, Plaza of the Americas has undergone two major renovations that have brought its infrastructure and lease space up to a superior standard. Recent atrium renovations have replaced an under-utilized ice skating rink with a new urban garden that will be filled with natural light, water features, food pavilions and retail shops where people can conduct meetings and enjoy lunch or coffee protected from the elements.
