All safety systems are linked to an emergency generator and comply with the City of Dallas Building Code governing high-rise\buildings.

Energy Conservation

Another major feature of Plaza of the Americas is its access to dual power grids supplied by dual power stations. The building is Energy Star-rated and uses LSI management system as well as energy conserving lighting and plumbing controls.
