Buildings are fully sprinklered and equipped with a digital communication alarm and automatic voice operated announcement systems. Heat and smoke detection devices are located throughout the property. All safety systems are linked to an emergency generator and comply with the City of Dallas Building Code governing high-rise\buildings.
Energy Conservation
Another major feature of Plaza of the Americas is its access to dual power grids supplied by dual power stations. The building is Energy Star-rated and uses LSI management system as well as energy conserving lighting and plumbing controls.
